Hand-holding" digital skills for village officials in Ninh Binh

The training is organized according to the motto "holding hands and guiding", with practice as the center, focusing on guiding essential skills to serve daily work such as using computers, office informatics applications, operating document management systems, accessing commune electronic information pages, administrative procedures and the "Digital People's Education" movement. Each trainee is directly guided by officials, civil servants, and public employees on each operation, immediately answering difficulties and problems arising during the practical process.

Mr. Luu Xuan Thi - Vice Chairman of Ninh Cuong Commune People's Committee, Ninh Binh province - said that learning and improving information technology skills should not only stop during training but need to become a regular self-study process for each person.
