Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council has just issued Resolution No. 27/2026/NQ-HĐND stipulating the criteria for establishing and the number of members of the Security and Order Protection Team; levels of support, training, and allowances for people participating in the security and order protection force at the grassroots level in the province.

According to the resolution, each village and residential group establishes a Security and Order Protection Team, including the Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader and Team Member.

For villages with 400 or fewer households, residential groups with 550 or fewer households, each security and order protection team is arranged with 3 members.
