Traffic police pave the way for more than 30km to take a woman with ruptured membranes to the hospital
Gia Lai - A pregnant woman with ruptured membranes, showing signs of being about to give birth, was paved the way by traffic police using specialized vehicles, supported to be taken to the hospital in time.
On August 23, the Task Force of Road Traffic Police Team No. 4, Traffic Police Department of Gia Lai Provincial Police supported to bring a pregnant woman with ruptured membranes, showing signs of being about to give birth to Gia Lai Central General Hospital in time.
At about 7:15 am on the same day, while patrolling on National Highway 19, the Task Force received a request for support from Mr. Tran Thanh Luan (born 1995, residing in Binh Khe commune, Gia Lai province).
Mr. Luan said that he was driving a car carrying Ms. Nguyen Vu Minh Hieu (born 2004, residing in Binh Khe commune). Ms. Hieu was in a state of ruptured membranes, showing signs of about to give birth and needed to be taken to a medical facility as soon as possible.
Faced with the urgent situation, the Task Force used specialized cars, sent priority signals and paved the way for vehicles to transport the pregnant woman to Gia Lai Provincial Central General Hospital, shortening travel time for a distance of more than 30km.
Thanks to the support of the traffic police force, the car carrying the pregnant woman quickly arrived at the hospital to be received and received medical care.
