Worker Nhan Thi Dem - Lefaso Tra Vinh Industrial Production and Investment Joint Stock Company - said that she has worked at the company for about 5 years. Her son in 10th grade has received scholarships 4 times, and her daughter in 3rd grade has received scholarships 2 times.

Every time the company awards scholarships, my children have more motivation to study. My family has more money to buy clothes and books, helping parents reduce the burden at the beginning of the school year. I will be more attached and continue to strive to work and accompany the company for a long time," Ms. Dem shared.

Thach Minh Hieu - a university student, son of a worker at Branch 7 of TBS Group - said that he is very happy to receive 2 million VND in scholarships from the Trade Union. The amount received is a practical source of encouragement, helping him have more motivation to study and prepare better for the new school year.

I am very happy to receive a scholarship of 2 million VND. This is an encouragement for me to try to study better in the future, not to disappoint my parents and the concern of the Trade Union," Minh Hieu shared.

Ms. Tran Thi Thone - Vice President of the Grassroots Trade Union of Lefaso Tra Vinh Industrial Investment and Production Joint Stock Company - said that the scholarship awarding activity has been organized 4 times. Each year, the company spends more than 1 billion VND to coordinate with the Trade Union to care for and reward children of workers with good academic achievements.

Maintaining the program for many years is of practical significance, both supporting part of the tuition fees for workers' children and creating motivation for them to strive to rise up. Through this, workers are also more assured to stick with the business.

In the coming time, the Trade Union and the company will continue to have programs to care for workers, laborers and children of workers in difficult circumstances who have achieved good results in their studies. This is a meaningful activity that needs to be maintained regularly," Ms. Thone said.
