Inauguration of 2 smart swimming pools for children in Quang Ninh
Quang Ninh - Two swimming pools with a total value of over 160 million VND, have just been inaugurated in Ba Che commune, Hai Lang to support children learning to swim and prevent drowning.
On July 9, the Standing Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union organized the inauguration of 2 smart swimming pool projects for children in Ba Che and Hai Lang communes.
The two projects have a total value of over 160 million VND, funded by the Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union in coordination with the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Quang Ninh Branch and To Mua Joint Stock Company.
After being put into use, the swimming pools will create conditions for children in the area to learn to swim, practice drowning prevention skills; have more space to play and live safely and healthily during the summer.
These are two of the youth projects under the 2026 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, aimed at concretizing the goal of caring for and protecting children, especially in areas with many difficulties.
The inauguration of 2 smart swimming pools not only supports facilities, but also demonstrates the companionship of Youth Union, Association, Team levels, units and businesses in the work of protecting and caring for children.
Thereby, contributing to spreading the spirit of responsibility for the community, promoting the pioneering role of youth in joining hands to build a safe living environment, creating conditions for children to develop comprehensively.
