Quang Ninh launches a movement to produce and trade safe agricultural products

The conference is organized directly at the provincial-level bridge point, online connected to the Farmers' Association of 50 communes, wards, and special zones throughout the province.

The movement is being implemented to raise awareness and responsibility of all levels of Associations, officials, and farmer members in the production, processing, and trading of safe agricultural products and food.

In the period 2026-2030, the Quang Ninh Provincial Farmers' Association strives for over 95% of farmer member households producing, processing, and trading agricultural and food products to have knowledge and correct practices of food safety.

Consulting and supporting at least 50 professional Farmers' Association branches, 100 professional Farmers' Association groups producing, processing, and trading agricultural products and food according to safe quality processes and standards.

Guide and support at least 30 cooperatives and 20 cooperative groups in agricultural production, processing, and business according to safe quality processes and standards; including at least 10 cooperatives connecting safe food supply chains.

Strive for 100% of OCOP agricultural and food products mobilized, consulted, and supported by Farmers' Associations at all levels in the province to be traceable.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the Quang Ninh Provincial Farmers' Association organized training, propaganda, and dissemination of laws and knowledge about food safety for officials and farmer members.
