Ninh Binh traffic police overcome road points at risk of unsafety
Ninh Binh - Traffic police proactively review and overcome damaged road points and potholes to ensure traffic safety during the rainy and storm season.
On September 27, according to Ninh Binh Provincial Police, Road Traffic Police Team No. 2, Traffic Police Department proactively deployed professional measures, combining patrols and inspections with reviewing routes assigned to manage to promptly detect and handle traffic unsafety risks.
During patrols, when detecting peeling, damaged road surfaces, potholes or locations at risk of accidents, officers and soldiers of Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 coordinated with functional units to overcome and repair them promptly.
Leveling damaged road surfaces and reinforcing degraded road sections contributes to ensuring safety and creating convenience for people and vehicles to travel, especially in rainy and storm weather conditions.
Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 recommends that people when participating in traffic during the rainy and storm season should proactively reduce speed, maintain a safe distance; pay attention to observing signs, markers and orders from functional forces in areas under repair or at risk of flooding.
When visibility is limited due to heavy rain, vehicle drivers need to use appropriate lights, and proactively observe to handle unexpected situations, contributing to ensuring safety for themselves and other traffic participants.
