Previously, at about 8:40 pm on September 16, during patrol and control at Km1794 of the Ho Chi Minh road, passing through Cu Jut commune, the Task Force of Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 received an urgent request for assistance from a car driver with license plate 86D-006.57.

On the car was Mr. N.N.X (65 years old, residing in Ol hamlet, Krong No commune, Lam Dong province) who was in critical condition due to intestinal rupture and needed to be taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.
