Union members and workers dialogue with the Trade Union organization in Quang Tri
Quang Tri - The program "Listening to union members and workers speak" creates a dialogue forum, helping workers reflect their thoughts and recommendations on regimes and policies.
On November 2nd, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just organized the program "Listening to union members and workers speak" with the participation of union members and workers of grassroots trade unions at non-governmental projects in the province.
At the program, union members and workers had dialogues, expressed their thoughts, aspirations, and recommendations related to the implementation of regimes and policies. Representatives of the Provincial Social Insurance, Provincial Labor Federation, and Department of Home Affairs listened, exchanged, and answered issues related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, as well as labor and trade union laws.
Through the program, the Trade Union organization has more information to grasp the situation, difficulties, obstacles and recommendations of union members and workers. This is also an opportunity to strengthen dialogue, disseminate policies, promptly answer issues of concern to workers, contributing to protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
