Promoting the role of workers in dialogue at Hoa Sen Nghe An Company
Nghe An - The conference recorded 17 opinions and recommendations and elected 5 members of the Dialogue Committee, contributing to protecting the rights of workers.
On October 31st, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that Hoa Sen Nghe An Co., Ltd. will organize the 2026 Employee Conference.
At the conference, employees raised 17 opinions and recommendations related to issues arising during the working process. The contents were exchanged and answered directly by representatives of business leaders and specialized departments, contributing to removing obstacles and creating consensus between employees and employers.
The conference also elected 5 members to participate in the Company's Dialogue Board. Members of the Dialogue Board represent employees to participate in exchanges with employers, contributing to promoting the right to mastery, promptly reflecting thoughts, aspirations and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and employees.
On this occasion, Mr. Vu Xuan Hieu and Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang were awarded Certificates of Merit from the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation and the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee, recognizing their achievements and contributions in their work.
The Employee Conference is an opportunity for employees to directly contribute opinions and propose issues related to their rights and interests; and at the same time strengthen exchanges between employers and employees, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations, and promoting sustainable business development.
