Dak Lak - The Provincial Trade Union will deploy training and fostering for trade union officials to meet task requirements in the new situation.

On May 5, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation announced that it had just issued a plan to train and foster trade union officials in 2026 to improve the quality of the team and meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

According to the plan, training work is implemented on the basis of legal regulations, focusing on equipping theoretical knowledge, expertise, skills and operating methods for trade union officials at all levels.

From there, towards building a team with qualifications and capacity, contributing to consolidating a strong trade union organization.

The training subjects include full-time and part-time trade union officials. In which, priority is given to cases that have been appointed but do not meet the standards or are in the planning.

For non-specialized officials, focus on the chairman, vice chairman of the grassroots trade union, members of the executive committee, inspection committee and related positions.

Comprehensive training content, including political theory; expertise, nghiệp vụ; trade union nghiệp vụ; state management; national defense, security; along with legal knowledge, skills and operating methods.

Trainees are also equipped with the content of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and implementation guidelines.

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Huyen, Standing Vice President of the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation, said that the plan aims to improve the quality of the contingent of officials. Thereby, better meet the requirements of tasks and improve the effectiveness of trade union activities in the area.
