Ba Na Commune Trade Union, Da Nang launches Workers' Month 2026

News from Ba Na Commune Trade Union, Da Nang city on May 11 said: The Commune Trade Union coordinated with the Commune People's Committee to organize the launching ceremony of the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health and the Workers' Month 2026.

The activity aims to further strongly spread the concern, responsibility and companionship of Party committees, authorities, and trade union organizations towards union members, workers, and laborers in the commune; and at the same time raise awareness about occupational safety and health at agencies, units, and businesses.

At the program, the Commune People's Committee, Ba Na Commune Trade Union and philanthropists presented 40 gifts with a total value of 40 million VND to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

On this occasion, the Commune Trade Union also launched the Self-managed Workers' Group of Thach Nham Dong boarding house - the first model implemented in the commune to strengthen support, connect and care for the lives of workers renting rooms.

Within the framework of response activities, the pickleball tournament for workers, civil servants, and laborers of Ba Na commune, held for the first time, attracted a large number of officials, civil servants, public employees, and laborers working at agencies, units, and businesses based in the area to participate, contributing to creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere, strengthening exchanges and solidarity among union members and laborers.
