Thang Binh Commune Trade Union launches "Workers' Month", tightening labor safety

On May 1st, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation said that Thang Binh Commune Trade Union had just coordinated with the Van Loi Import-Export Garment Co., Ltd. Trade Union to organize the launching ceremony of Workers' Month and respond to the Action Month on occupational safety and health in 2026.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa - Vice President of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and praised the efforts of units in organizing practical activities towards workers. At the same time, she proposed that in the coming time, continue to innovate the content and methods of trade union activities; promote emulation movements; raise awareness of compliance with laws on occupational safety and health, contributing to building a safe, stable, and sustainable working environment.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, officials, union members, and workers of Van Loi Import-Export Garment Co., Ltd. launched a campaign to clean up the environment inside and outside the factory area, contributing to building a green-clean-beautiful landscape, ensuring safe working conditions.

The activity is a highlight in the series of programs "Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health" in 2026, contributing to raising awareness and responsibility of employers and employees; and affirming the role of the Trade Union organization in accompanying, caring for, and protecting union members and workers.
