Da Nang - Cam Le Ward Trade Union visits retired trade union officials to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union.
News from the Trade Union of Cam Le ward, Da Nang city on July 25 said: to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union, the Standing Committee of the Trade Union of Cam Le ward organized a delegation to visit and present gifts to retired trade union officials in the ward.
The working delegation was headed by Mr. Dang Huu Duc - Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cam Le Ward, Chairman of the Trade Union of Cam Le Ward.
At the families visited, Mr. Dang Huu Duc cordially inquired about the health and life of retired trade union officials, and at the same time expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the contributions of previous generations of trade union officials in the process of building and developing the Trade Union organization.
Mr. Dang Huu Duc affirmed that the experiences, enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of trade union officials through many periods have made an important contribution to building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization, effectively performing the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
On this occasion, the delegation presented meaningful gifts and sent wishes to the aunts, uncles, and aunts to always be healthy, live happily with their families, continue to care, follow, share experiences, and contribute many heartfelt opinions to build the Trade Union organization of Cam Le ward to become increasingly developed, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new period.
Visiting retired trade union officials is an annual activity maintained by the Cam Le Ward Trade Union on the occasion of the anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union.
This is not only an activity to show gratitude to generations of trade union officials who have contributed to the workers' movement and trade union activities, but also to express the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source", contributing to strengthening the connection between generations of trade union officials, continuing the tradition of solidarity, responsibility and dedication to union members and workers.
Through this meaningful activity, Cam Le Ward Trade Union continues to affirm its concern for the team of trade union officials through the periods, and at the same time promote the good traditional values of the Vietnam Trade Union organization in the 97-year journey of construction and development.
