Au Lau Ward Trade Union trains professional skills for more than 50 grassroots trade union officials

On July 31, the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation informed that the Au Lau Ward Trade Union had just organized a training conference on trade union work in 2026 for more than 50 grassroots trade union officials in the area.

Mr. Tao Duc Hai - Chairman of Au Lau Ward Trade Union shared that the team of grassroots trade union officials plays a core role in implementing the policy of the trade union organization.

At the same time, directly represent, care for, and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers. Therefore, regular training and updating knowledge and professional skills is a necessary requirement to improve the quality of trade union activities at the grassroots level.

At the conference, trainees listened to reporters from the Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation conveying specialized topics on trade union inspection and supervision work and trade union financial work.

In addition to theoretical content, grassroots trade union officials also exchanged and discussed difficulties and obstacles arising in practice to be answered and guided.

According to the Organizing Committee, the training class is a practical activity to build a team of trade union officials with bravery, expertise and solid professional skills, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
