Building a civilized learning environment

The Trade Union Cultural Space model is built to concretize the policy of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Hanoi City Labor Federation on building a cultural life among workers, civil servants, and laborers, and at the same time implement the plan of Bo De Ward Trade Union on building a trade union cultural model in 2026.

At Ngoc Thuy Secondary School, the Trade Union designed a model with many highlights. Including a reading area, an open library, a digital transformation corner with an internet-connected computer system, a technology experience space, a collective activity area and art paintings creating a green and close learning environment. In particular, the space is arranged scientifically, harmoniously between traditional cultural elements and digital technology application, contributing to building a civilized and creative working and learning environment.

At Ai Mo B Elementary School, the model is also synchronously invested with a reading space, cultural activity area, book and document introduction corner, combined with digital utilities to serve teachers and workers in searching, learning and updating knowledge. This is an environment for trade union members to improve their professional qualifications and digital skills, while strengthening exchanges and collective bonding.

Forming a habit of reading books, applying information technology

According to Mr. Tran Van Son - Chairman of Bo De Ward Trade Union, building a Trade Union Cultural Space not only creates more cultural facilities to serve union members but also contributes to forming the habit of reading books, self-study, applying information technology, and building a friendly, creative and happy working environment.

With the motto "Connecting knowledge - Spreading reading culture - Promoting digital transformation", the model has created a modern and friendly common living space, meeting the needs of learning, researching, interacting and developing skills of union members.

The issue is that in the coming time, units will continue to maintain and effectively exploit the model, regularly supplement sources of books and documents, and promote the function of digital devices so that the space truly becomes a place for cultural, academic and connection activities for union members... It is known that in the coming time, Bo De Ward Trade Union will continue to guide and support grassroots trade unions to build and launch models suitable to the actual conditions of agencies and units.
