Quy Nhon Bac Ward Trade Union launches "Trade Union Electronic Bookcase

On July 30, the Trade Union of Quy Nhon Bac Ward (Gia Lai) officially launched the "Trade Union Electronic Bookcase" model - a digital learning space for officials, union members and workers (ĐV, NLĐ).

The model is built on the digital transformation platform to innovate propaganda methods, improve the quality of service for union members and workers, and at the same time promote the application of information technology in Trade Union activities.

With just scanning the QR code on a smartphone, UMs and FWs can access a centralized electronic document store to look up documents, materials, forms, knowledge and Trade Union information anytime, anywhere. Quick and convenient lookup contributes to improving the effectiveness of learning, working and performing tasks of grassroots Trade Union officials.

The highlight of the model is the system of documents arranged scientifically according to 6 topics including: Law; Trade Union Information; Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style; Trade Union nghiệp vụ; Occupational safety and hygiene; Health and beauty in labor.

The data warehouse is regularly updated with new documents, instructional materials, videos, infographics, nghiệp vụ forms and many practical information, meeting the learning and searching needs of union members and workers.

According to the Quy Nhon Bac Ward Trade Union, the model contributes to bringing the Party's guidelines, policies, laws of the State and the activities of the Trade Union organization closer to union members and workers; and at the same time improving legal understanding, professional skills and spreading learning culture in the Trade Union system.

Putting the model into operation shows the innovation and creativity of the Quy Nhon Bac Ward Trade Union in implementing digital transformation, taking union members and workers as the center of service.

In the coming time, the Ward Trade Union will continue to update and supplement documents, and at the same time guide grassroots Trade Unions to effectively exploit the model, contributing to promoting the value of the "Trade Union Electronic Bookcase" in Trade Union activities.
