Venus Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. Trade Union launches "Workers' Month

On the afternoon of May 9, in Dong Tien commune, Venus Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. held a launching ceremony for "Workers' Month" and "Moment of Action on Occupational Safety and Health" in 2026.

At the launching ceremony, Ms. Duong Thi Hai - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Venus Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. said that promoting traditions and achievements, towards the goal of "Innovation, democracy, solidarity, responsibility, for the interests of union members and workers, building a strong trade union organization", the Company's Trade Union called on all union members and workers to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility; actively respond to emulation movements for good labor, creative labor; improve productivity, quality, and work efficiency.

At the same time, focus on building a cultural, safe, and friendly working environment; join hands to build a "Green - clean - beautiful" environment, ensuring safety in labor and production.

Also according to the Chairman of the Trade Union of Venus Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd., through activities in response to "Workers' Month" and "Moment of Action on Occupational Safety and Health", the company aims to care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers; build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations, contributing to the sustainable development of the enterprise.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tuan - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee, Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements that the Company's Trade Union has achieved, especially in caring for union members and workers.

On the occasion of launching Workers' Month, I hope that the Company's Trade Union will continue to make efforts, mobilize all resources to take better care of employees. In addition, trade union officials and workers in the company need to continue to promote the spirit of enthusiasm and responsibility, propose many initiatives and technical improvements to improve productivity and work efficiency; raise awareness of complying with labor regulations, and maintain environmental sanitation at the workplace" - Mr. Tuan shared.

On this occasion, representatives of leaders of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, Venus Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. and the Company's Trade Union presented 80 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances.

Along with that, the Company's Trade Union also launched a legal advisory group to support union members and employees in the working process.
