TKV arranges 511 trips to take and pick up workers and their families home for Tet
Quang Ninh - Like every year, TKV companies continue to organize bus trips to pick up and drop off workers and their families to return home for Tet.
According to the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Trade Union, during the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year, the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Group (TKV) and the TKV Trade Union will continue to maintain and expand the organization of vehicles to take workers home to celebrate Tet, considering this one of the practical care contents, rich in humanitarian meaning.
According to the summary report, units in the whole group plan to arrange 511 trips of cars (including both take-off and pick-up after Tet), taking over 19,300 workers and their relatives back to their hometowns to celebrate Tet.
In addition, the group and its units also support bus tickets for about 17,600 employees, with support levels ranging from VND500,000 to VND1,000,000/person, with a total support budget of over VND11 billion.
The organization of bus pick-up and support for bus tickets is implemented synchronously, in accordance with the actual conditions of each unit, focusing on workers far from home, underground workers, and workers in difficult circumstances, thereby helping workers feel secure returning home for Tet and staying with the group for a long time.
Previously, on the occasion of the 2026 New Year, a number of TKV companies in Quang Ninh also organized bus trips to take and pick up workers and their relatives and families to return home for Tet.
For many years, especially during the Lunar New Year, hundreds of cars carrying tens of thousands of miners and their families and relatives have returned to their hometowns to celebrate Tet and then returned to their hometowns to Quang Ninh.

Starting from coal mines in Quang Ninh, trips to many provinces and cities (according to the old administrative units) such as: Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Phu Tho, Yen Bai, Lai Chau, Tuyen Quang, Ha Giang, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh... On the last day of the holiday, the bus returned to pick up officers and workers returning to work at the company.
Those trips have become a cultural beauty of the unit, respected by workers as a practical "spiritual gift", helping them have a complete vacation before returning to work, with openings or deep underground mines.
This not only ensures safe and convenient travel for workers but also demonstrates the concern and practical care of the Trade Union organization and business leaders for workers' lives, contributing to connecting the company with workers, spreading the tradition of "discipline and Unity" of miners.
