A company pays 73 billion VND in Tet bonuses to employees in Ho Chi Minh City

The Trade Union of Southern Rubber Industrial Joint Stock Company and the enterprise are implementing a plan to take care of Tet for union members and workers.

Notably, this year, the company has allocated 73 billion VND to pay Tet bonuses to employees. In which, the company gives Tet bonuses to employees equal to 13 months' salary. In addition, the company also gives seniority bonuses, year-to-year lucky money and support after Tet. The company will pay Tet bonuses to employees from January 15 onwards.

It is known that Southern Rubber Industrial Joint Stock Company has a factory in Tan Uyen Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, the company has about 1,700 employees.

The Trade Union has coordinated with enterprises to organize many activities to care for the lives of workers. Notably, the unit has effectively organized the "Union Meal" program in 2025 with an additional expenditure of VND 30,000/person, giving gifts to disadvantaged workers.

In addition, the Trade Union, together with the company and workers, carries out many meaningful social charity activities such as supporting to award Nguyen Duc Canh scholarships to students who are children of disadvantaged workers. The unit also supported people in the North affected by floods, building 2 "Union Shelters".

In 2026, the Trade Union of Southern Rubber Industrial Joint Stock Company will continue to encourage workers to compete to increase productivity and successfully complete the annual plan. Thereby stabilizing jobs and income for workers. Taking good care of the lives of union members in difficult circumstances, while building harmonious and stable labor relations at enterprises.
