- Lunar New Year, average bonus: 3,700,000 VND/person; highest bonus 45,000,000 VND/person; lowest bonus 800,000 VND/person.

For private enterprises:

- New Year's Day, the average bonus is: 800,000 VND/person; the highest bonus is 30,000,000 VND/person; the lowest bonus is 600,000 VND/person.

- Lunar New Year 2026, average bonus: 4,000,000 VND/person; highest bonus 614,000,000 VND/person; lowest bonus 1,000,000 VND/person.

For FDI enterprises:

- New Year's Day, the average bonus: 1,000,000 VND/person; the highest bonus is 37,000,000 VND/person; the lowest bonus is 600,000 VND/person.

- Lunar New Year 2026, the average bonus: VND 4,500,000/person; the highest bonus is VND 286,000,000/person; the lowest bonus is VND 1,000,000/person.
