Tet bonus at FDI enterprises in Hue is the highest at 324.457 million VND/person

The Department of Home Affairs of Hue City said that in 2025, the salary, bonus and labor relations situation at enterprises in the area will be basically stable; wages and Tet bonuses of employees will continue to increase compared to the previous year, without arising unpaid wages.

To date, the department has received 252 reports from enterprises on salaries, salary debts in 2025 and bonus plans for the Lunar New Year and Lunar New Year 2026. The synthesis shows that the majority of enterprises comply with labor laws, contributing to ensuring the rights of employees and stabilizing labor relations.

The average salary in 2025 in Hue City will reach 8.759 million VND/person/month, an increase of 5.26% compared to 2024; the private enterprise and foreign-invested enterprises continue to maintain a good salary. In some enterprises, the highest salary for management positions and technical experts reaches hundreds of millions of VND/month.

Regarding bonuses, the 2026 Lunar New Year bonus is an average of VND 1.128 million/person, an increase of 10.48%; the 2026 Lunar New Year bonus is an average of VND 7.759 million/person, an increase of 31.70%, reflecting a positive recovery in production and business activities.

However, there is a big difference in the bonus levels between types of businesses. FDI enterprises recorded the highest bonus of 324.457 million VND/person, the lowest was 500,000 VND/person; private enterprises recorded the highest bonus of 200 million VND/person, the lowest was 500,000 VND/person.

In enterprises with shares and capital contributions dominated by the State, the highest bonus is 110 million VND/person, the lowest is 1 million VND/person; 100% enterprises have the highest State capital of 22,560 million VND/person, the lowest is 3 million VND/person.

According to the Hue City Department of Home Affairs, the high bonuses are mainly concentrated in the fields of tourism - services, automobile assembly and manufacturing, textiles - garments.
