FDI enterprise Tet bonus in Dong Nai is highest at 700 million VND

On December 27, the Department of Home Affairs of Dong Nai province reported on the labor situation, wages, bonuses and Tet care for workers in the area.

Based on data reported by nearly 1,500 enterprises, the highest Lunar New Year bonus in Dong Nai province is currently recorded at 840 million VND for private enterprises. In this block, the average bonus for employees is about 11.4 million VND/person.

For FDI enterprises, the highest bonus is 700 million VND and the average bonus is 13.3 million VND/person.

The 2026 New Year also recorded the highest bonus of up to 228.5 million VND at a foreign-invested enterprise.

In addition to cash bonuses, businesses in the province also implement many other forms of care for workers such as organizing year-end parties, giving gifts from companies and grassroots unions, supporting bus tickets or arranging vehicles to take workers home to celebrate Tet.

The Department of Home Affairs has also closely coordinated with the Provincial Federation of Labor to carry out social welfare activities such as "Tet Sum Vay", 0 VND booths, support bus tickets, Tet gifts for workers in difficulty and visit and support families with work-related accidents. In the coming time, the authorities will continue to monitor and urge businesses to properly implement salary and bonus policies to ensure security, order and rights for employees before the New Year.
