Garment company in Dong Nai gives 2026 Tet bonus an average of over 21 million VND/person
Dong Nai - Dong Tien Joint Stock Company announced the Lunar New Year bonus in 2026 at an average of more than 21 million VND/person, 16% higher than last year.
On December 25, Dong Tien Joint Stock Company ( Amata Industrial Park, Long Binh Ward, Dong Nai Province) held a ceremony to congratulate the company on completing the 2025 production plan and awarding all 3,623 officers and employees of the company with a total prize money of VND 2 million/person, a total prize money of more than VND 6.6 billion.
The company has also announced the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year bonus in 2026 for employees with an average bonus of more than 21 million VND/person, about 16% higher than last year.
In addition, the Company also decided to pay a bonus for the New Year on January 1, 2026 at the rate of VND 500,000/person; bonuses for the first day of spring work at the rate of VND 500,000/person; bonuses to encourage employees to be present to work 7 days after spring work at the rate of VND 1.4 million/person.
The company also launched an emulation movement in the first quarter of 2026. Accordingly, the production unit that exceeds the revenue plan will receive a bonus of VND 1 million/person/month (for the leading unit); VND 700,000/person/month (for the second-place unit) and VND 500,000/person/month (for the third-place unit).
Ms. Pham Thi Ha, a worker in Group 18, Garment Enterprise 1 - who has worked at Dong Tien Joint Stock Company for 5 years, said: After receiving the notice of Binh Ngo Lunar New Year bonus in 2026 and other bonuses, she and other workers were very happy because the bonus was higher than last year.
