Binh Ngo 2026 Tet bonus in Lam Dong is highest at 180 million VND

On January 7, the Department of Home Affairs of Lam Dong province said that the unit had just received a report on the salary and bonus situation for Tet of 229 enterprises and employers in the area, with more than 19,800 employees.

In general, businesses comply with regulations on salaries and bonuses.

Specifically, 15 100% state-owned enterprises have an average salary of 9.9 million VND/month; the highest salary of managers is 48.3 million VND/month, the lowest is more than 3.8 million VND/month.

The group of 11 enterprises with shares and capital contributions from the State has an average salary of 10.53 million VND/month; the highest is 85 million VND/month, the lowest is 4.3 million VND/month.

The private enterprise sector (172 units) has an average salary of 8.34 million VND/month; the highest is 234 million VND/month, the lowest is 3.45 million VND/month. In the FDI enterprise group (31 units), the average salary is 9.69 million VND/month; the highest is 157 million VND/month, the lowest is 4.1 million VND/month.

Regarding the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year bonus in 2026, 116/229 enterprises have submitted reports; the highest bonus is 180 million VND/person, belonging to the private enterprise sector.

Of which, 10/13 100% state-owned enterprises have bonuses, an average of 3.7 million VND/person; the highest is 30 million VND/person, the lowest is 500,000 VND/person.

The group of enterprises with shares and capital contributions from the State has 5/11 units giving Tet bonuses, an average of 14.88 million VND/person; the highest is 108 million VND/person, the lowest is 630,000 VND/person.

The private enterprise sector has 76/172 units reporting bonuses, an average of 6.53 million VND/person; the highest is 180 million VND/person, the lowest is 200,000 VND/person.

For FDI enterprises, 25/31 units reported bonuses, an average of 5.04 million VND/person; the highest was 157 million VND/person, the lowest was 50,000 VND/person.
