Company gives Tet bonuses and increases salaries to 7,500 workers in Dong Nai

On January 7, the Trade Union of Freewell Company Limited (Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park, Dong Phu Commune, Dong Nai Province) announced that the enterprise had announced Tet bonuses for 7,500 workers.

This year, the Tet bonus is calculated based on the seniority of the employee. Specifically, employees with 1-3 years of seniority will be rewarded with 1 month of basic salary, 3-5 years will be rewarded with 1.2 months of basic salary, 5-7 years will be rewarded with 1.4 months of basic salary, 7-10 years will be rewarded with 1.6 months of basic salary, 10-12 years will be rewarded with 1.8 months of basic salary.

For employees who have worked for 12-27 years, they will receive a bonus of 2 to 3 months of basic salary. The Tet bonus will be paid on January 24, 2026.

Mr. Le Mong Hoang - Chairman of the Trade Union of Freewell Company Limited said that the company has also issued a notice on increasing basic salary for employees. Specifically, the basic salary from January 2026 for probationary employees will be 5.18 million VND/month, the basic salary for group 1 employees who have signed labor contracts is 5.53 million VND/month, the basic salary for group 2 employees who have signed labor contracts is 5.8 million VND/month.

According to Mr. Le Mong Hoang, compared to before, the salary was adjusted to increase by 320,000 VND/month.

According to records, Freewell Company Limited is one of the enterprises with the largest number of workers in Binh Phuoc province before.
