A company in Dong Nai rewards 20 million VND to workers with 20 years of seniority

On May 27, representatives of the grassroots Trade Union of Eclat Vietnam Textile and Garment Co., Ltd. said that the company's Board of Directors has announced the seniority bonus policy for employees who reach the seniority milestones of 10 years, 15 years and 20 years of service.

Accordingly, from June 2026, for officials and employees who achieve seniority milestones of 20 years, the bonus level is 20 million VND, commemorative medals and souvenirs; seniority of 15 years has a bonus level of 600,000 VND and a commemorative medal; seniority of 10 years has a bonus level of 300,000 VND and a commemorative medal.

This is an activity to recognize and express gratitude for contributions as well as encourage the long-term attachment of officials and employees to the company.

Medals and commemorative gifts will be awarded to employees in the lucky draw program on the occasion of the company's 20th anniversary, and at the same time express gratitude to officials and employees who have been attached and contributed for 20 years, expected to be held in December 2026.

According to the trade union, the number of officials and employees reaching the 20-year seniority milestones is about 60 people.

In addition, the company also organized a lucky draw with many valuable gifts such as: motorbikes, TVs, refrigerators... (total amount of about 600 million VND) and organized a party for workers.

Eclat Vietnam Textile and Garment Co., Ltd. in Nhon Trach 2 Industrial Park, Nhon Trach ward, Dong Nai city currently has about 5,000 workers.
