Legal propaganda for nearly 1,000 workers and laborers
On the morning of May 27, Hanoi City Police organized legal propaganda for nearly 1,000 workers and laborers on the occasion of Workers' Month 2026.
Attending the program "Propaganda, dissemination, and legal education for workers and laborers in the City" were Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Hien - Deputy Head of the Trade Union of the People's Police; Colonel Tran Van Hoa - Head of the Political Work Department of the Hanoi City Police (CATP) and nearly 1,000 officials, workers, and laborers of K+K Fashion Company (Ngoc Hoa Industrial Cluster, Chuong My ward, Hanoi City).
Speaking at the opening of the program, Colonel Tran Van Hoa said that in recent years, the Board of Directors of Hanoi City Police has always paid attention to and directed functional units and socio-political organizations in the City Police to organize well propaganda, dissemination, and legal education activities to all classes of people in general and workers and laborers in clusters, industrial parks, and export processing zones in the City in particular.

Through propaganda, providing workers and laborers with official information about the security and order situation occurring in industrial parks and export processing zones in the city; ways to recognize and prevent cyber fraud, black credit activities; activities to incite and lure workers to participate in illegal organizations; preventing theft, robbery and social evils in boarding houses; ensuring labor safety and hygiene and fire and explosion prevention...
Mr. Tran Van Hoa affirmed: "The program of propaganda and legal education for workers of K+K Fashion Company is a practical activity, contributing to ensuring security and safety of industrial parks and export processing zones in the city. From there, raising the sense of responsibility of workers and employers in ensuring security and order; actively building self-management models...".
At the program, Hanoi City Police organized propaganda for workers and employees of K+K Fashion Company on the following topics: Security and order situation in the worker sector in Hanoi city; identifying criminals in cyberspace and how to prevent and combat them; the harmful effects of drugs, some methods and tricks of criminals trading and transporting illegal drugs; how to prevent and practice firefighting.
In the content of propaganda on network security, the City Police warned workers and employees about some tricks of fraud and appropriation of property in cyberspace such as impersonating state agencies, "love traps" on social networks... At the same time, pointed out preventive measures such as being vigilant against strange phone numbers, absolutely not providing bank account information... Workers and employees need to improve their legal understanding; businesses ensure workers' rights through information transparency, strengthen dialogue and functional agencies promote propaganda, inspect and handle violations, and grasp the situation promptly...
Also at the program, the Organizing Committee presented 20 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances.
