Spreading policies through digital media
With the goal of expanding the coverage of social insurance and health insurance in the peak month, levels and sectors in Da Nang have synchronously implemented many communication solutions, from digital platform applications to direct propaganda activities in the area. The highlight is the online consultation program on the City Electronic Information Portal with 8,521 interactions, helping to promptly answer people's questions.
On streets and residential areas, the atmosphere is filled with visual communication systems with more than 200 banners, panels, and banners during the propaganda peak month. The parade consists of 155 motorbikes creating visual effects on the main roads. At the grassroots level, Thanh Khe Social Insurance coordinates with the market management board to broadcast propaganda 3 times a day, and at the same time organizes the Golden Bell Ringing contest attracting more than 70 union members and 145 fans.
City and grassroots social insurance organized 28 propaganda conferences for 2,084 people and established 19 community communication points to welcome nearly 1,700 people. Here, social insurance officials directly guide people to install and use the VssID application and provide policy advice on the spot.
The consulting model at the Employment Service Center has reached more than 700 workers, helping them realize that continuing to pay voluntary social insurance is a solution to add time to protect themselves. In addition, the May campaign with more than 1,400 small group propaganda sessions has reached nearly 5,000 people. Units such as Ban Thach, Hoa Cuong, Thanh Khe and Thanh My Social Insurance have implemented a series of conferences and consultations for security forces, small traders, business households and new businesses, bringing policies to people in remote and isolated areas.

Policy training and replicating mobile consulting models
Implementing the legal propaganda plan, the Da Nang City Labor Federation and Social Insurance organized a series of conferences for nearly 600 workers of the Green Park Company in mid-May. The event helped workers grasp regulations on sickness, maternity, occupational accident and retirement regimes. The reporter also instructed on installing the VssID application and integrating insurance cards on the VNeID application, helping workers monitor the process of paying and enjoying insurance.
In order to expand coverage, Thanh My Grassroots Social Insurance coordinates to organize mobile consulting booths at Nam Giang Regional Post Office. Social Insurance officers and post office staff answer questions about contribution levels, contribution methods and benefits. Many people have registered to participate newly and paid voluntary social insurance immediately at the booth.
In the coming time, units will continue to replicate the model in remote and isolated areas to ensure that insurance benefits spread to all classes of people. The synchronous implementation of propaganda solutions in Da Nang not only helps complete coverage targets but also affirms the role of trade union organizations and functional agencies in caring for life and ensuring sustainable social security for local people.
