News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on May 26 said: The Da Nang City Labor Federation in coordination with the Da Nang City Youth Union organized the Youth Workers' Day with traffic safety and the music night "Youth Workers - Spreading Positive Energy" in 2026.

Attending the program were Mr. Le Van Dai - Standing Vice Chairman of the City Labor Federation; Mr. Nguyen Ba Duan - Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang City Youth Union.

According to Mr. Le Van Dai, young workers are a young, dynamic, and creative labor force, playing an important role in the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country and the development of Da Nang city.

In recent years, the city's youth worker team has constantly strived to overcome difficulties, enthusiastically worked in production, actively studied to improve professional qualifications and skills; making positive contributions to the development of businesses and socio-economic growth of the city.

However, besides the achieved results, the lives of a part of young workers are still facing many difficulties.

Therefore, caring for, supporting and accompanying young workers is not only the responsibility of trade union organizations and youth union organizations but also the common task of the whole society.

Stemming from that spirit, the City Labor Federation and the Da Nang City Youth Union signed the Regulation on coordination of activities for the period 2026 - 2030 with many specific and practical contents to improve the effectiveness of caring for and supporting union members and young workers.

Adding motivation to young people

The Youth Workers' Day with traffic safety is a specific activity to concretize that coordination content with many meaningful programs aimed at youth workers with the desire to add motivation for youth workers to strive in labor, production, and contribute to the development of the city.

Within the framework of the festival, many exciting activities took place such as organizing game booths, quizzes with prizes, and guidance on safe driving skills for young workers.

Propagating basic knowledge about traffic safety to about 300 union members, young workers and laborers living in boarding houses and workers' houses in the area.

In particular, the music night program "Youth Workers - Spreading Positive Energy" brings a joyful atmosphere, creating a useful spiritual and cultural playground for union members and workers after stressful working hours.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee presented 2 water purifiers to workers' housing in Hoa Cam Industrial Park to contribute to improving living conditions for workers. At the same time, 100 gifts, each worth 1 million VND in cash, will also be presented to young workers in difficult circumstances.
