In the first 5 months of 2026, the Provincial Employment Service Center organized 26 job transaction sessions, including 20 online sessions and 6 direct sessions in communes and clusters of communes. The transaction sessions attracted nearly 10,000 workers to participate in learning about recruitment information and labor market needs at home and abroad.
Through recruitment connections, nearly 4,000 workers have found new jobs. In addition, the work of sending workers to work abroad continues to achieve many positive results. The whole province has 214 workers leaving the country to work in Japan and Korea under labor contracts; 58 workers are waiting to leave the country.
In addition, nearly 600 workers are being supported to complete dossiers, participate in vocational training and learn foreign languages to prepare to work abroad, an increase of more than 35% compared to the same period in 2025.
In 2026, Quang Ngai province sets a target to create new jobs for about 17,000 workers, and at the same time send 1,300 workers to work abroad for a fixed term. The province also implements many cost support policies, creating conditions for workers to access stable labor markets with good incomes.
