385 athletes participate in Van Don Cluster Workers, Civil Servants and Laborers Culture and Sports Festival

The festival has 385 athletes from 17 delegations belonging to agencies, units, schools, businesses and armed forces in Van Don special zone.

Athletes compete in 2 sports: pickleball and tug of war.

Attending the opening ceremony were representatives of the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation; leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee of Van Don Special Zone; representatives of agencies, units, businesses and a large number of officials, workers, civil servants, laborers and armed forces in the area.

The festival is organized to create a vibrant emulation atmosphere among officials, union members, and workers; practically celebrating the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth, towards the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026 - 2031.

This is also a playground that contributes to improving the spiritual and cultural life, strengthening exchanges and solidarity between officials, union members, and workers of agencies, units, and businesses; and at the same time promoting the movement "All people practice physical exercise following the example of the great Uncle Ho".

At the program, the Organizing Committee awarded souvenir flags to the participating delegations.

After the opening ceremony, the athletes entered the pickleball competition in a lively atmosphere, attracting a large number of fans and people to cheer.
