Workers in Tay Ninh are consulted on insurance policies and salaries

On May 19, Long Hoa Ward Trade Union (Tay Ninh province) coordinated with the Ward Culture - Society Department and the Ward Youth Union to organize a conference to disseminate labor laws to union members and workers at Hung Duy Trading - Technology - Service Import-Export Co., Ltd.

The activity is organized to respond to Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026.

At the conference, more than 50 union members and employees of the company were informed of regulations related to labor law, occupational safety and health, and many practical contents related to the rights and interests of employees.

In addition to propagating legal knowledge, the coordinating units also directly exchange and answer many issues that workers are interested in such as social insurance regimes, health insurance, sickness regimes, maternity, occupational accidents, pensions; and at the same time, provide additional information on regulations related to labor contracts, working hours, salary regimes and policies for union members.

Through activities, union members and workers gain more legal knowledge to protect their legitimate rights and interests, and at the same time raise awareness of complying with regulations on occupational safety and health in the working process.

On this occasion, Long Hoa Ward Trade Union presented 10 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances at Hung Duy Trading - Technology - Service Import-Export Co., Ltd. Each gift is worth 1 million VND, contributing to encouraging workers to overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
