Within the framework of the program, the conference also deployed a thematic study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style on the practice of "Need, frugality, integrity, righteousness, impartiality"; and at the same time propagated the role of trade union organizations in supervising and mobilizing union members to comply with the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Vuong Thi Anh - Chairwoman of Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union - emphasized that studying and following Uncle Ho needs to be concretized by practical actions in labor, production and daily life of each union member and worker.
Therefore, grassroots trade unions need to continue to promote their supervisory role, mobilizing union members to be exemplary in performing professional tasks as well as complying with the law in the locality.
