Vietnam Construction Trade Union coordinates to give gifts to workers on Workers' Month

Speaking at the working session, Mr. Bui Duc Kien, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, said that for many years, the unit has always received special attention and support from the leaders of the Ministry of Construction and the Vietnam Construction Trade Union.

During the recent Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, the Corporation's Trade Union received support of more than 1,000 gifts from the Vietnam Construction Trade Union to give to union members and workers in difficult circumstances. On the occasion of Workers' Month 2026, the working delegation of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction and the Vietnam Construction Trade Union continued to spend time visiting and directly giving gifts to union members and workers of Lilama.

On behalf of the leaders of Lilama Corporation and all union members and workers, Mr. Bui Duc Kien expressed his deep gratitude for the attention, sharing and timely encouragement of the leaders of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Construction and the Vietnam Construction Trade Union.

Speaking to encourage workers at the factory, Mr. Pham Hoai Phuong, Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, praised the efforts of officials, workers, and laborers of Lilama Corporation and Lilama 69-3 Joint Stock Company. At the same time, he wished officials, engineers, and laborers to continue to promote the spirit of creative labor emulation in Workers' Month, to successfully complete assigned tasks, ensure labor safety and hygiene, and contribute to the completion of the goals of the Construction industry in 2026.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Construction Trade Union presented a gift to the collective of Tu Ky Steel Equipment and Structure Factory under Lilama 69-3 Joint Stock Company and presented 100 gifts to union members and workers at the factory.

The gifts given directly to workers not only carry material value but are also a great source of spiritual encouragement, showing the role, responsibility and companionship of the trade union organization towards workers, especially workers working at the factory in difficult construction conditions, hot weather, and high progress pressure.

This is also a practical source of encouragement to help workers feel more secure in their work, continue to stick with the unit, strive to complete the assigned tasks well, contributing to bringing the projects being implemented to the finish line on schedule, ensuring quality and safety.
