Establishment of a trade union at a private healthcare enterprise in Lang Son

Recently, the Labor Federation of Lang Son province organized a congress to establish the grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) of Lang Son International Medical Co., Ltd.

This enterprise officially operates from April 2025, headquartered on Le Loi street, Dong Kinh ward, operating in the field of providing general medical services and health screening according to international standards.

Currently, the company has 50 employees, workers working regularly.

According to the Lang Son Provincial Labor Federation, in the past time, the unit has coordinated with the mobilization committee to establish a trade union at the company to propagate about the rights and obligations of union members as well as the role of trade union organizations in non-state-owned enterprises.

After the mobilization process, all employees and laborers of the company voluntarily wrote applications to join the trade union.

At the congress, the Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to establish the grassroots trade union of Lang Son International Medical Co., Ltd. from May 22, 2026. The grassroots trade union is recognized as a legal entity, with its own seal and account as prescribed.

The Congress also elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union consisting of three members and elected the first term chairman of the trade union.

Ms. Be Thi Hoa, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairwoman of the Lang Son Provincial Labor Federation, assessed that the establishment of trade unions at private healthcare enterprises contributes to expanding trade union organizations in the non-state sector, while creating more channels to protect the rights of workers.

On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation presented 20 gifts to union members of the company.
