Vinh Long Labor Union visits and encourages workers after the fire
Vinh Long - Leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation visited and encouraged workers of Chau Thanh Commune Production and Trading Company Limited after the fire.
According to the records, the fire broke out at the company's scrap warehouse at around 12:00 on January 2. Immediately after receiving the news, the authorities mobilized many fire trucks and dozens of officers and soldiers to quickly arrive at the scene. At around 4pm, the fire was basically under control, not allowing it to spread to neighboring areas.
Fortunately, the incident did not cause any human casualties. Property damage is currently being specifically assessed by the authorities in coordination with enterprises.

Present at the enterprise to grasp the situation, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Dung - Vice President of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor shared the difficulties with the company, while encouraging workers to soon stabilize their spirit, overcome the consequences, gradually restore production, ensure jobs and income.
Ms. Dung also noted that businesses need to continue to strengthen fire prevention and fighting measures, ensuring safety for workers and assets during the production process.
Representative of My Nguyen Production and Trading Company Limited, Mr. Tran Van Hoang - Company Director - expressed his gratitude for the timely attention and encouragement of the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor, saying that the unit is urgently coordinating with the authorities to handle the scene, stabilize operations soon, and be determined not to let production be interrupted for a long time.
