News from the Trade Union of Dien Ban Ward, Da Nang City on September 14th said: Dien Ban Ward Trade Union in coordination with the Da Nang City Employment Service Center organized a conference to propagate and provide legal advice on unemployment insurance (BHTN) policies for 100 union members and workers in the area.
At the conference, the speaker conveyed many important and practical contents directly related to the rights of workers, including: Propagating new points on unemployment insurance policies according to the Law on Employment No. 74/2025/QH15 and Decree No. 374/2025/ND-CP.
Guiding the contents related to dossiers for unemployment benefits according to the provisions of the Labor Code; guiding the process and procedures for submitting dossiers for settlement of unemployment benefits according to Decision No. 107/QD-BNV dated January 22, 2026 and Decision No. 514/QD-BNV dated May 12, 2026 of the Minister of Home Affairs on restructuring the process, reducing administrative procedures and replacing them with electronic data integrated on the VNeID application (according to Directive No. 24/CT-TTg).
