Albert Einstein School discusses solutions to improve employee welfare

On September 15, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation said that Albert Einstein Primary, Secondary & High School had just organized a worker conference for the 2026 - 2027 school year.

Attending the conference were Mr. Nguyen Duc Thach - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Committee of the Economic Zone; School Board, Trade Union Executive Committee and all officials, teachers, and school staff.

At the conference, delegates listened to reports evaluating the results of activities in the 2025-2026 school year; orientations and tasks for the 2026-2027 school year; financial disclosure reports and plans for implementing regimes, policies, and welfare for employees.

The conference spent time discussing, listening to the thoughts, aspirations and answering the recommendations of officials, teachers, and staff. The contents of concern include innovating teaching methods, improving the quality of education, and improving the working environment.

With a spirit of democracy and responsibility, the conference voted to approve the resolution of the 2026-2027 school year employee conference, unified key goals and tasks and determined to successfully implement the tasks of the new school year.
