An Giang Trade Union actively prepares Mid-Autumn Festival for children of union members and workers
An Giang - During the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Mid-Autumn Festival Night program for union members and workers is expected to be organized at 2 locations.
On September 14, An Giang Provincial Labor Federation said that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation is actively coordinating with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union to organize the Mid-Autumn Festival Night 2026 for children of union members and workers (NLĐ).
It is expected that the program will be held at 2 locations on the evening of September 17 at the Provincial Labor Culture House (Rach Gia ward) and on the evening of September 19 at the Labor Culture House (Long Xuyen ward).
According to the Provincial Labor Federation, through the program, it aims to show concern and care for the material and spiritual life of children of union members and workers in grassroots trade unions, especially children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances. Enhance the role and responsibility of the Trade Union organization in caring for and protecting children, contributing to creating a healthy and useful playground for children of union members and workers during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
The organization of the program is associated with the requirement to attract a large number of children who are union members and workers in difficult circumstances to participate with the spirit of "Happy - practical - safe - economical".
At each point of organization, the Provincial Labor Federation will give 250 gifts to children of union members and workers of grassroots trade unions directly under the Provincial Labor Federation aged 6-10 years old (taking 1st to 5th grade). In which, priority is given to children of union members and workers in difficult circumstances who are diligent and study well. In addition, the Provincial Labor Federation distributes 100 gifts to grassroots trade unions in industrial parks (organized at grassroots trade unions).
In the "Full Moon Night Festival" program, there will be games ( quizzes with prizes), art performances, and listening to the President's Mid-Autumn New Year greeting letter. Children will also receive gifts and participate in fun crackling.
