Da Nang and Hanoi Trade Unions exchange experiences to support union members in difficult circumstances

News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on September 10th said: The Fund for Capital Assistance for poor workers, civil servants, and laborers of the Da Nang City Labor Federation and the Fund for Capital Assistance for poor workers, civil servants, and laborers of Hanoi City to develop the family economy under the Hanoi City Labor Federation organized a conference to exchange experiences.

Attending the conference, on the side of the Hanoi Labor Federation, there was Mr. Nguyen Huy Khanh - Vice Chairman of the City Labor Federation. On the side of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, there was Mr. Le Van Dai, Standing Vice Chairman and officials and employees of the two units.

At the conference, the two units focused on exchanging practical experiences in the process of implementing loan programs to support union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

The content of the exchange focused on the methods of organizing and managing capital sources, the process of appraisal and disbursement, the inspection and monitoring of capital use as well as solutions to improve the efficiency of supported capital sources.

Representatives of 2 Capital Assistance Funds shared ways of doing things suitable to the reality in the locality, especially in approaching union members who need to borrow capital, creating conditions for workers to develop the family economy, improve income and stabilize life.

Delegates also exchanged views on difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process, thereby proposing solutions to innovate operating methods, improve the quality of service to union members and use capital effectively.

Through the working program, the two units have more opportunities to share experiences and good practices, and at the same time strengthen coordination and learn from each other in capital support work.

This is also the basis for funds to continue to research and innovate lending programs in a practical, convenient, and targeted direction, thereby contributing to better implementing the task of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
