Members of the Hoi An and Da Nang Cyclo Union respond to the "5 no 3 yes - 4 an" program

News from the Trade Union of Hoi An Ward, Da Nang City on September 10th said: in response to the city program "5 no - 3 yes - 4 an" for the period 2026-2030 and "No Plastic Bags Day" launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoi An Ward, more than 50 union members of the Hoi An Cyclo Union participated in the Launching Ceremony and parade in response.

Through activities to propagate and mobilize unions, workers and businesses to say no to difficult-to-decompose plastic bags, limit the use of disposable plastic products; prioritize environmentally friendly products to contribute to raising environmental awareness, building the image of friendly, civilized and responsible union members to the community.

With the specific nature of operation associated with tourism and urban life in Hoi An, Cyclo Union members have proactively implemented practical actions such as limiting the use of nylon bags and disposable plastic products; not littering indiscriminately; maintaining the hygiene of vehicles, routes and operating areas; propagating and mobilizing tourists and people to join hands in protecting the environment.

After the launching program, 50 members of the Hoi An Cyclo Union paraded through the main roads of the ward. Through activities, union members continue to promote their role as friendly "tourism ambassadors", contributing to building Hoi An green, clean, beautiful, and civilized; and at the same time spreading the spirit of implementing the "5 no - 3 yes - 4 an" program in the community.

This is a practical activity, expressing the spirit of "each union member a beautiful action for the environment", contributing to building Da Nang city to be increasingly livable, safe, civilized and friendly to people and tourists.
