Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Trade Union organizes propaganda on the Capital Law in 2026

Attending were nearly 200 people including the Board of Directors of Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, the Executive Committee of the Hospital's Trade Union, trade union representatives in Cluster/Emulation Block No. 2 of the Hanoi Labor Federation, trade union propaganda officials, heads of trade union groups and trade union members at departments, rooms, centers, and units throughout the Hospital.

Delegates were conveyed the key contents of the 2026 Capital Law, Decision No. 943/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister and related documents. The contents were focused on analysis in a practical, easy-to-understand direction, associated with issues of concern to officials, civil servants, and employees.

In which, focusing on clarifying new points and core contents of the Capital Law; rights, obligations and responsibilities of workers; and at the same time linking with the practical operation of agencies and units and the specific nature of work in the health sector.

Through this activity, officials, union members and employees of Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital have more information and knowledge to proactively update new legal regulations, and raise awareness of law compliance in the process of performing tasks.

For the team of officials, employees and workers of the health sector, strict compliance with legal regulations is of great significance, contributing to ensuring the correct performance of assigned responsibilities and tasks, improving the quality of patient service and building a professional and disciplined working environment.

The dissemination of the Capital Law 2026 has contributed to raising legal awareness for officials, trade union members and employees of Hanoi Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, and at the same time created a forum for direct exchange on issues related to law enforcement in practice.

Emulation Block No. 2 of the Hanoi Labor Federation includes 11 units operating in the fields of health, construction, technical infrastructure, water supply and drainage and enterprises.
