Nghia Dan Commune Trade Union mobilizes businesses to participate in trade union organizations

On September 12, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Nghia Dan Commune Trade Union had just organized a program to go to the grassroots level, meet businesses and workers at some businesses in the area.

At Anh Thoa Company, the working group propagated and mobilized businesses to participate in the Trade Union organization, thereby contributing to expanding union members and building the Trade Union organization at the grassroots level.

At Phu Linh Garment Company, the working delegation grasped the production situation, jobs, and lives of union members and workers; and listened to their thoughts, aspirations, and difficulties and obstacles in the working process.

Through working sessions, Nghia Dan Commune Trade Union receives opinions and recommendations from businesses and workers, thereby having a basis for coordination and appropriate support. The activity also helps the Trade Union organization to better grasp the situation at the grassroots level, and promptly accompany businesses and workers.

Strengthening activities at the grassroots level, directly meeting with union members and workers contributes to improving the effectiveness of Trade Union activities, consolidating the relationship between the Trade Union organization and businesses and workers.
