143 more workers in Chien Dan commune, Da Nang join the Trade Union
Da Nang establishes 2 grassroots trade unions in Chien Dan commune, admitting 143 new union members.
The Trade Union of Chien Dan commune, Da Nang has just announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Phuc Hoang Ngan Co., Ltd. and the grassroots Trade Union of Khang Anh Intercom Co., Ltd.; and at the same time admitted 143 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
The simultaneous establishment of 2 grassroots trade unions and the development of 143 union members continue to show the proactiveness of the Chien Dan Commune Trade Union in approaching businesses, gathering workers and expanding the network of trade union organizations in the area.
Ms. Tran Thi Minh Hieu - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Chien Dan commune - requested the Executive Committees of 2 grassroots trade unions to quickly stabilize the organization, build operating regulations, assign specific tasks; and at the same time regularly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members.
According to Ms. Hieu, trade union activities must be associated with practical issues of workers, from regimes, policies, working conditions to material and spiritual life. Grassroots trade unions also need to proactively coordinate with businesses to promptly resolve legitimate recommendations and build harmonious and stable labor relations.
This is also the way Chien Dan Trade Union has gradually affirmed its role as a bridge between workers and businesses, becoming a bright spot in the work of developing union members and caring for workers in Da Nang.
