Grasping the situation of trade union activities at enterprises

On September 14, information from the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation, in the past week, Working Group No. 1 of the Provincial Labor Federation led by Mr. Trieu Tai Phong, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, worked and grasped the situation of trade union activities at Dai Son 89 One Member Limited Liability Company, Forestry Industry and Import-Export Joint Stock Company and Tan Nam Hydropower Company.

At the working sessions, the working delegation focused on grasping the employment situation, the lives of workers, the implementation of salaries, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, meal allowances, implementation of grassroots democracy regulations, dialogues at the workplace, employee conferences, collective labor agreements and labor safety and hygiene work.

At the same time, the Delegation also reviewed the organizational and operational situation of grassroots trade unions, union member management, records, books, trade union finances, propaganda work and difficulties and obstacles in trade union activities.

The working delegation requested grassroots Trade Unions to continue to promote their representative role, care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers. Proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations, and promptly coordinate with business leaders to solve arising difficulties and obstacles.

Through direct working activities at the grassroots level, the Provincial Labor Federation helps to better grasp the operating situation of the Trade Union, issues raised in labor relations and legitimate needs of union members and workers.

Thereby, promptly guiding, supporting, and removing difficulties from the grassroots level, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
