Decree 321/2026/ND-CP, effective from October 1, 2026, stipulates the level of benefits, allowances and preferential regimes for people with meritorious services to the revolution. In item 12, Appendix I issued together with decree 321, on the monthly allowance level for people serving people with meritorious services, as follows:

Thus, from October 1, 2026, the monthly allowance level for people serving people with meritorious services to the revolution will be implemented according to the above regulations.
