Conditions for university education support personnel from December 2026

Article 6, Circular 90/2026/TT-BGDĐT of the Ministry of Education and Training stipulates the standards, conditions, working regime, appointment and salary ranking for university education support personnel (effective from December 7, 2026) stipulates that university education support personnel are recruited, arranged, and used for job positions when they meet the following conditions:

1. Meeting the requirements of political qualities, professional ethics and health to perform the tasks of the job position.

2. Meeting the requirements for training level, professional capacity, and nghiệp vụ of the corresponding job position according to the provisions of Articles 4 and 5 of this Circular.

3. Meeting the conditions on expertise, technique, safety and other conditions according to the provisions of specialized laws for job positions that require the use of equipment, technology, laboratories or specialized practice environments.

4. Meeting other requirements of the job position prescribed by the higher education institution based on the functions, tasks, nature of work and professional requirements of the job position, ensuring not to contradict the provisions of law.

Thus, from December 7, 2026, university education support personnel need to meet the conditions according to the above regulations.
