4 cases of social assistance facilities having their entire operations terminated

Clause 2, Article 14, Decree 395/2026/ND-CP stipulating the operation and management of social assistance facilities (effective from December 7, 2026) stipulates that social assistance facilities are terminated from all operations in the following cases:

a) Expiring the period of temporary suspension of all operations but failing to remedy violations, failing to meet the contents of operational requirements specified in Article 9, Article 10 of this Decree;

b) During the time of being requested to temporarily suspend all operations but not complying or continuing to allow violations to occur;

c) Committing acts of infringing upon the life, health, safety or dignity of the subject or other acts of particularly serious infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of the subject as prescribed by law;

d) Other cases as prescribed by law.

Thus, from December 7, 2026, social assistance facilities will have their entire operations terminated in the above cases.
