Legal Consulting Department of Lao Dong Newspaper answers:
Clause 4, Article 17, Charter of the Parents' Representative Board issued together with Circular No. 81/2026/TT-BGDĐT of the Ministry of Education and Training (effective from November 15, 26) stipulates ensuring the operating conditions of the Parents' Representative Board as follows:
4. The Parents' Representative Board does not set or allocate support levels; does not determine the average support level, minimum support level, support period; does not make a list of parents who must support or specifically request parents to implement support. In case the actual support level does not meet the needs, the Parents' Representative Board adjusts the content, scale or method of implementing activities to suit the actual conditions.
